ABOUT
CHEF CARLOS ROSAS
Chef Carlos Rosas is the chef and owner behind Barrio. Before Sebastopol, he trained in some of San Francisco's most respected kitchens, with stints at Jardiniere, Kokkari, Slanted Door, Lark Creek Inn, and Cavallo Point. He started Barrio as a stand at the Marin Civic Center farmers market, where it became a sell-out spot beginning in 2013, known for heirloom corn tortillas, hand-made sauces, and dishes that sold out by mid-morning.
